Last Saturday I noticed that the screen on my mid-2011 21.5-inch iMac had a thin blue vertical line on it. Was visible on home screen, Safari, etc. Called AppleCare and explained the problem, and requested an at-home fix.

Got bumped up to a manager, Ryan, who was great and quickly got me taken care of. A couple days later an Apple tech called to schedule a screen replacement. He came yesterday, and 30 min later I have a brand-new screen that looks fantastic!

All told it was 4 days between calling and having my iMac like new again. Good service from :apple: :cool:
