Great Applecare Experience

I just sent my Macbook in to replace the stained plastic with non-staining plastic 2 days ago. They gave me an estimate of 7-10 days, and they overnighted it to me with no charge and everything fixed the next day! Apple has hands-down, the best customer service I've ever experienced! Just felt like sharing this with all of you...

Usually all you get is the horror stories, but you never hear when it all goes peachy.

Glad to hear you had such a good experience. I too haven't had any problems with AppleCare in the past.
