I just wanted to share a positive experience of a company standing behind its product.

Last May, I purchased an iPad 2 along with an STM Skinny case for it. I've really liked the case, but it a couple of months ago, the flap start to fray and separate from its backing. My initial thought was "well, it looks like it's time for a new case".

I started investigating cases, and, while checking out STM's website, I noticed that they claim that their products carry a lifetime warranty (I had either forgotten this or was just unaware when I purchased my case). So, I contacted them and sent a picture of the fraying flap. Within a day, I received an email saying that they were sending me a replacement case -- I didn't even have to send back the old one!

Just received the new case -- an identical replacement -- and I'm very pleased. It's nice to know that good customer services still is alive and well!
