Great Customer Service

We all have come here to complain once in a while. Me included. But I like to share the good too! I recently ordered an iPhone 4 case from Elago Design. It arrived but did not fit to my satisfaction. I am happy to say without blinking they shipped me a new one. I am also happy to say it perfectly and to report that true customer service is not dead. At least not with Elago. Kudos and thanks to them for making it right for me. Take a look at their stuff and support companies that support their customers.

otterbox also has great customer service too (based soley on the fact that I sent them an email about watermark and got a new case sent to me right away no questions asked lol)
