Great idea for Apple branded browser

I often surf foreign language web sites by copying / pasting text to and fro in sherlock when it hit me: wouldn't it be fantastic if the (supposedly) upcoming Apple-branded browser had an integrated translation feaure built in. How amazing to be able to remove the language barrier on the web.

Anyone know if this would be difficult to implement / integrate?
