This is the right answer. Eliminate the legal argument completely.

This is a step in the right direction, but the main issue that needs to be resolved are the laws around this. It shouldn't be up to the company to have to resort to this, but rather the laws shouldn't even be trying to barge into peoples phones unless they have legitimate PC to do so.

I agree but with today's administration they are MORE equal than you and wish to do what ever they want, even if it is illegal or unfair to you!
