Green blotch on AW screen

Since a few days I have this funny little thing at the bottom of my watch screen (AW2 Nike edition)... The attached image shows the torchlight screen, but it shows on any bright content. Has anybody ever seen something like this?

It happened to me once on my series 0 but it was way bigger that that, sent it to apple and received a new one... if you have apple care you will be covered.

Thanks big samm, I contacted Apple support and it seems they will exchange the watch... (I have Apple Care)
