Green Box in Quicktime Fullscreen

Hello All,

I am on Tiger. I recently had to reinstall my operating system. I chose the option that archives your home folder and drops it into your new OS installation. Now, when I play videos in Quicktime in Fullscreen, there is a very thin green line around the picture. This never happened before the reinstall, and it is very annoying to me.

If anyone has any idea what the problem is or what I could do about it, I would greatly appreciate the help or advice.
