Green Boxes on Mac Mini M1. Defective?

Anyone else seeing green boxes randomly on their Mac Mini M1? This time it happened when activity monitor was open and processes were jumping and down.

I think it happens with other cables too. Is this a defect in Big Sur or the hardware?

EDIT: Updated to Big Sur 11.1 beta to see if it makes any difference.
