Green camera light keeps coming on

After updating to iOS 18.3.2 the green camera light comes on whenever I go into an any app on the phone and when I go out of the app.

So I can launch Safari for example the green camera light comes on for a couple of seconds then when I leave Safari - or any app - it comes on again.

Same when going into Settings.

My battery life in 18.3.2 has been horrible. I just started using my phone today and it's already down to 84% after a few minutes.

Anyone have this problem?

Check your accessibility settings. Might have eye tracking or attention aware or something turned on.

Thanks for your help but all that’s turned off.
It’s fixed now however.

I had to restart and restart again and restart a third time and now it’s not doing this.
So weird.
The only reason I kept restarting was because the light acted a little differently each time.

Just wish all this restarting had fixed the glitchy keyboard where keys stop responding.
