Hi guys, I am editing some video's for my school's junior prom and some green stains and flickering appears in all videos, what could cause that?

Here's a video

I saw this exact kind of flickering with the earliest versions of some open source H.264 encoders (ffmpeg). My guess it's the encoder.

The first thing I would try is: Don't export from your software directly into H.264, but a less compressed format first, and then encode it afterwards. Apparently, CyberLink Power Director can export as "QuickTime". I would try to do that and then encode the (huge) resulting file into H.264 with something like HandBrake.
