iPhone X Green Line on iPhone X

Hey guys. So my iPhone X started displaying a green line at the top right corner yesterday. Also, when I watch videos on youtube it's blotchy and pixelated. I've started restarting multiple times and adjusting the display/brightness settings but no luck. A photo of the line is below. Any suggestions?

Looks like the display is damaged. A trip to Apple is the best plan. They can diagnose the problem and give you repair options

Not for that condition. It's for phantom screen presses, a screen that doesn't respond to touch input or a screen that changes constantly to other apps or menus without input from the user
