Just curious, what is the difference between a green and white charging battery indicator in the top right corner? Sometimes it's green, and other times it's white.

Just curious, what is the difference between a green and white charging battery indicator in the top right corner? Sometimes it's green, and other times it's white.

It's actually the whole bar that changes colour. Depends on the application though. On the main screen the bar is Transparent and all the icons are white but in applications, such as safari the bar is coloured making the battery icon green/red and the wifi icon blue.
