Green Screen in QT when playing DivX AVIs

I get a green screen in QT and FR when trying to play Divx files. Divx files work fine in the DivX player and in VLC but i want to be able to view them in QT and FR. Im runing Divx beta 2r3 on a 20" intel iMac. Ive tried to erase my browser cahce and delete the compnonets in /Libary/Quictime/ and then reinstalling with no luck. Sound works fine in QT and FR and nothing is crashing but i only get a green screen:( please help
