Green screen on wake

I was greeted with this screen today when i woke up my Mac had to do a restart to clear this is the first time i have seen this very thing has been running fine, my specs are below

If it is still covered by AppleCare, I would call Apple and do whatever is necessary to "Document" this event. If/The/Else, carryon.
Also, unless there is some specific or proprietary reason for not doing so, it wouldn't hurt to install updates.
