Green screen while restarting/shut down??

I just recently added a second account on my MacBook so my dad can use it. I've noticed that during a restart the screen turns green before rebooting. Is this normal? I don't think there has been any modifications done by my dad as that is a limited access account.

Its a 2017 TB MBP 15".

Oddly enough my 2017 15” did this too a couple of times. I eventually wiped the machine and I haven’t seen it since.
