I'm not sure if it's because I am surrounded by fluorescent lights at work but if I look at a white surface with my iPhone 4 I can see a green tint in the center of the image. It does appear when you view the photo on the PC, so it doesn't seem to be a screen thing.

I took some photos last night at home and I don't seem to see any issues with those. If I back away from the surface the green tint goes away or becomes less visible, its when you are closer to the target that you see it most.
