Greenpois0n 4.2.1 battery and service issues.

n00b here. I have an iphone 4 and recently jailbroke to 4.2.1 using greenposi0n, ever since then I've had horrible battery life. My battery goes from 100% to 50% in just a couple of hours. I use bitesms often but with 4.1 the battery was amazing.

Also the last few days I have had really bad service issues I have never had before. I cannot make a call if my life depended on it. This happens at home where I use to have the best service. When I place a call I hear no rings, just silence. Its extremely frustrating.

Also the phone has been overheating a lot! I feel like its gonna explode in my hand it gets so hot.

Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

I've notice my battery life isn't as good since I jailbroke it(a week). Not as nearly as bad as yours though.

I am wondering if I should restore and re-jailbreak with redsnow or even pwnage tool.
I am reading that it is more stable. I know redsnow is for unlocking but I dont care to unlock I just want a plain jailbreak.

Redsnow hasnt beed updated to for an untethered 4.2.1 JB.
If you use redsnow you will be tethered.
Only options are Greenpoison or Pwnage tool(mac only)
