This is no different than all those idiots that fall for social engineering scams or those who typically own windows based computers that function as bot nets because they'll click anything and not bother to read/think/or refuse to accept responsibility for their actions.

It's a shame the media only seems to report on negative stories like this and not on the positive angle which will be those who successfully freed their phone because of the legit version of greenpoison.

Here is your Answer OP, Greenpois0n haven't been released (and just for the record when it is, If ever, it will come from the Chronic Dev Team), so Whatever else is around is just a fake.

I would update the Title and add a "Fake" or something like that so new commers don't get confuse when the real application is realsed (just an idea, very few people actually used the search)

EDit: I stand corrected, it was released as a Toolchain/Framework ..... still any Greenp0ison, or greenpois0n out there the claim to JB phones is a fake.

Yea it's a non story. Also greenpois0n is already out. greenpois0n was never a jailbreak, it was a set of tools designed to help turn vulnerabilities into exploits. The new jailbreak has no name yet.
