Just signed up. I've been supporting Mac's for about 12 years so today i thought finally i'd sign up to a forum to see if someone could help me.
I've got a baffling one, I've got an exec with Outlook 2011 (14.2.4) and everything is working fine except he can't pull down anyone's free/busy other than his own, just shows blank stripped boxes. Its fine in OWA and also on another Mac, he's had this since 14.1.0. I've tried replacing the exchange server with the OWA name and still the same. I've nuked the account as well and no luck, although I've not had a chance to configure another account to check if that's got the issue. Of course I've not got the issue on the other 120 macs.
Anyone got any ideas before i do a complete reinstall of Office 2011.
