I am trying to figure out how to use Gremlin to import online music. The latest release notes say that you don't need another app to import music into your iTunes, and that it will sync with iTunes on my Mac. I also have not been able to find much info on using Gremlin properly.

Any suggestions? I checked out Bridge, but from what I've read it doesn't sync with iTunes.

Can anyone suggest a good app for importing and syncing music and videos?

I haven't used it myself just yet but I heard Mewseek is a good option, but I'm not sure if it'll sync with iTunes :/

So what exactly is wrong with Gremlin? You can't figure it out? Is that what the problem is? Have you tried looking on google or YouTube for a review or "how to" so you can try and figure it out?

The only other musics apps that I'm aware of but they may or may not do what you want, are Bridge, Music2iPod, and MultiTunes. Those are the only music tweaks that circumvent iTunes syncing. Not sure if they allow syncing from the device to iTunes though.

I use iFile mostly because it hooks right up with Gremlin, and the free version of iFile now supports the 'add to iPod' feature. Just have whatever song file you need and click it and wait a bit and it imports it. The only caveat is that it doesn't support tag editing or album artwork changing (not sure if it has to come with the song file or what).

That's why I use Grooveshark Enhancer for music importing because I can edit some of the tags and add my own artwork (but only during import, not able to save to the file), and since it hooks up with Gremlin, whatever I import is synced perfectly back to iTunes. You don't need to use grooveshark for anything else or even to download the songs, you can just put the song file you want in the folder it keeps it's downloads, using iFile. Gremlin uses the iTunes purchase mechanism recently to be able to accomplish this.

Bridge would be the best to use if you don't care about iTunes syncing, but since it uses it's own lib and not Gremlin, you don't get the seamless features Gremlin offers.

Doesnt pwntunes support drag and drop in folder using ifile plus you can still synch with itunes ?

Long time i dont use it so if not sorry.
