Resolved Grey dots in Workout heart rate

I was looking at my heart rate measured during a swimming workout and found some grey dots at the bottom of the graph. Does anybody know what they mean, and, if possible, how to fix them?

Snap….. It’s happened to me doing Lake swimming. Pool swims seem fine but lake swims seem to place more resistance on the watch. Tighten it up on the wrist and it’s fine.

Thank you so much! I’ll make sure to tighten my Watch up the next time I go swimming (which probably won’t be anytime soon as it’s starting to cool down around here).
