Grey Icons whilst Apps Installing?

Has anybody else noticed that when apps are installed directly onto the iPhone, the icons are grey? It never used to be like that, they used to show the logo of the app...

Anyone?

This just started happening to me. Within the last week.

Maybe something with Apple servers.
 
im all greyed out also. i thought it was kinda weird, but everything updated and worked just fine, so i just ignored it.
 
Has anyone else noticed that the App Store changed too? Now when you go to categories and go to games or whatever it doesn't just list all of them, its lists some then asks if you want to load 25 more, and never shows all of the apps in the category.
 
I started getting this about a week or so ago too. I restored my iPhone (for other reasons, not because of this), and it's still happening. I'm guessing it's something on the server side.

i have a thread on this too, it started happening to me a few weeks ago, not a big deal but kinda annoying
 
What gives?! Don't fret..!

It only started happening to me when Apple changed the App Store Categories around so that it only loaded 25 apps at a time.

I don't know, but I wouldn't worry about it. Not really like it's a problem.

but the 25 apps at a time is a problem, you can only click it 3 times..
so you can only view a total of 100 apps, of any given category. link

happened to me too. Still happens after a restore too. Very strange.
 
It is the new way apps install. Apple changed it a few weeks ago after they changed the App Store it seems...
