Hello everyone!
I have a MacBook Pro Retina 13” A1502 from 2015. I turned on my computer today and grey lines starting coming down from the top of the screen. Soon after, the whole screen turned into grey lines as shown in the video below. It turns back to normal once in a while for around 30 sec to a minute but slowly fades into a grey blank screen with lines again. As it is fading, the mousepad will stop working and eventually the whole screen is blank. Does anyone know what the issue is? I’m a full time student with an upcoming exam where I will need the computer and I would sincerely appreciate any help/advice from the community!
