Grey Slider Knob with Black Arrow?

Good Morning/Evening everybody.

I acquired some time ago a default grey slider knob which had a black arrow. I have no trace of this anymore on my home PC or on my work PC. Cydia doesn't seem to have it either nor is there an option in the coloredKnob tweak, has anyone here ever seen one or has one?

It was a genuine post so believe what you will, thanks for the knob though, why they couldn't choose a better word i don't know
