Grey's Anatomy on iTunes

Hi guys, i'm from new zealand and i can buy stuff via iTMS.
Just wanted to know the following:
1. Can i create an american account by getting someone to buy me an itunes gift card? (I'll pay by paypal)

2. Or will someone be able to gift me new episodes of greys anatomy when the new season starts. (i'll pay via paypal $1.99 every week etc)

You can get someone to send you an American (or from any other country with a store) gift card and then you can log into the American store, but you can't get someone to gift you the episodes because you need an account and you would mean you need a valid credit card from a compatible country.
