Griffin Powermate and Synergy

I just picked up the Griffin PowerMate. Pretty neat, most of my apps are set up (Final Cut Express, Firefox, Word, Mail, etc).

But, does anyone know how to set up PowerMate to work with Synergy, to control iTunes...kind of has me stumped. I'm wanting, next track, previous, track, and pause.
