grosgrain ribbon...

I was wondering if anyone knows of a Photoshop or vector way to make the texture of the ribbed/grosgrain ribbon?

I've seen a few tutorials for older versions of Photoshop, but nothing newer.

Aside from taking a photo of what I need, it would be nice to be able to apply the effect to other things.
