Does anyone have any experience of sending their Mac product for repair to these people?
I sent my MacBook in today and I wondered if anyone knew turnaround times?
They seem to have good customer service (the e-mailed me saying that Apple had sent the wrong phone number to them - which they had).
I guess it would be longer if the problem is hard to fix.
The memory bay is damaged.
