All iPads group email sending problems

I from time to time have to send email to a group of people (13). If any of the email addresses are acting up (server issues, full mailbox ... etc) the entire email won't go and it gets shifted to my outbox. Is there any way to have it send to the good ones and just give me a message if one is bad? I'd love to figure this out, I get it all the time.
