iPhone 12 Pro Group iMessage or texts

Sometimes when I initiate a group TEXT or iMessage only one recipient is shown after I send it.

I sent my two cousins a happy thanksgiving this morning and then on top it only shows one of their names.

it’s a random thing.

Ongoing family group text message I didn’t receive a photo that everybody else received on either my iPhone 8/iOS 12 or IPhone Mini iOS 14. First time for that.
