HomeKit Grouped Lights in HomeKit Have a Limit?

I had no clue until I reached this low limit (it’s about 25 groups). Is this a known thing like the 100 Scene limit? Been using HomeKit for around 8 years and never heard of it. A Google search says there’s no limit and I can’t find it in Apple Support documentation online.

If in fact this is “grouped lights” limit, then the error message seems to be poorly written as “Maximum number of groups”.

It’s gotta be groups. I have a successfully created group with seven lights, more than this one.
