Groupon - is it slow for you too?

First, I'm a big fan of Groupon but I ordered my first item from Groupon goods on December 31st and it still has not arrived.

It didn't actually ship until January 14th, even though it was ordered December 31st, 2 weeks prior.

Is such terribly slow shipping commonplace with Groupon?

I'm starting to think it is. I ordered a few things on the 15th and they have yet to ship.

Meanwhile I've ordered things from China and they have arrived almost a week ago.

Anyone else have this issue or am I just having the absolute worst luck with Groupon?

Yeah the voucher are great, but I was talking about Groupon goods.

yeah but if you think about the quantity of product they are moving, it probably takes time to get all the thousands of things they have to be shipping every day. a month is a bit ridiculous though.

Yes! Groupon is habitually slow! I've ordered a few things from them and shipping was super slow EVERY TIME. They may print the label and issue a tracking number, but it is days or weeks sometimes before the package is actually in transit.

Total snail delivery with goods that I have ordered, it's definitely longer then what they promote.
