I manage a small 40 employee company running 100% OS-X.

Currently we are using FirstClass and it works well but not good enough.

We really need wireless PIM Syncing, so far the only solutions I can find is for Lotus Notes and Exchange.

Lotus Notes does not seem like a viable or stable solution, since their development for the Mac is so flakey.

So is Exchange using their Web interface the only real solution?
(Groupware with capabilities of Blackberry or Palm wireless sync using a gateway server)

The new Blackberry 4.0 enterprise server does not need any desktop client, it can sync wirelessly...

Any input would be appreciated.
