Growl Notifications for OSX/Unexpectedly quit applications

Is there any way to create a custom growl notification to alert when an application on OSX “Unexpectedly quits”? I use Prowl on my iphone, but I have a application (that occasionally quits) running in the background that I want to monitor while I am not in front of the computer.

Any Help is appreciated. Thanks.
