Hey everybody. GrowlMail doesn't work with Mail in SL so I uninstalled and did a disc repair. But Mail still thinks that GrowlMail is running so every time I launch mail in SL I get a message telling me that Mail has disabled GrowlMail but I haven't got any Growl left on my mac!
I even tried to re-install and remove it again but I still get the message when I launch Mail. What can I do? :)

To get rid of the message shutdown mail and then go to <user>/library/mail/bundles and remove the growl bundle.

I think there is a beta which works with mail, but there could be other issues with it.

My Bundles is empty
The other says Bundles ( disabled ) but no Growl.

This worked really well for me. I couldn't have done without me growlmail! Thanks!

:)
GrowlMail doesn't work on Snow Leopard yet because Mail is 64-bit. This means that Growl and GrowlMail need to all be 64-bit as well. I believe everyone is working hard on making this a reality. However, in the meantime, I've written an AppleScript that provides the same functionality. Check it out here: http://www.cupcakewithsprinkles.com...for-apple-mail-on-mac-os-x-snow-leopard-10-6/

I hope it serves you well! :)
