GrowlMail In Mail

I've been getting these error messages for a while now, but couldn't find a way to disable it. Basically, I had GrowlMail plugin installed and when OSX 10.8 was installed, this happened. This basically happens every time I open/start Mail. I have to click "OK" to have Mail continue loading.

Anyone know how to disable/remove this plugin?
