GSM iPad 2 4.3.5 jailbreak possible?

Just got a GSM (ATT) iPad 2 (4.3.5). From reading it seems like I am s.o.l. wrt a jailbreak but I want to make sure.

Can it be done?
I assume iclonepc.com is a scam because Googling around they are spamming everywhere (they are so obvious with the usernames they use all ending with a 2 digit number).

That's what I was afraid of. Just wanted to be sure. I was so used to my previous iPhone always being jailbroken.

Are they working on one or waiting for 5.x to come out? I've been IOSless for a while so I'm not up on what is down.

I believe they have an untethered jailbreak for iOS 5. But its being held back until its been tested on the iPhone 4S.
