Just like the iOS version, you will have to give Rockstar $6.99 to play GTA: San Andreas. Nice thing is, game controller mapping is built in so even if you aren't rooted, just plug your ps3 controller into your tablet or phone and have fun. Rooting and using Sixaxis app gets you wireless playing.
