GTX 680MX running at reduced PCIe link rate

Has anyone else noticed that their 680MX is running at x16 2.5 Gb/s instead of the maximum 8.0 Gb/s?

This is under bootcamp Windows 7 x64. I wonder if there is a way to check the link speed in ML?
