Guesses on how a Macbook 13 would differ from Macbook 12?

Why would Apple release a Macbook 13 as Ming-Chi Kuo speculates, which we all know to be accurate?

Only difference from a Macbook 12 would be 1" screen size, or would there be more--i.e., it allow for a core i5/i7 processor, at least 1 more usb c port, a 720p camera?

Any guesses?
