Guestlist Management App

Hey everyone,

I am the owner of a nightclub in Belgium and i would like an application on my ipad for managing my guestlists, so that the host at the entrance can use this. It would also be very nice to have some statistics etc and text messages or wifi messages if VIP guests arrive, or if DJs/Artists arrive, etc...

I found this one:

Wich has everything I need.. but it comes with monthly charge of 25$ ..

Does anyone know a similar program without monthly costs?

Ik ben zelf ook al een tijd actief op zoek naar ipad apps voor enquetes, beurzen en gastlijsten.

Ik ben kort geleden een app tegekomen die eventbrite heet. Ik weet niet of het exact is wat je zoekt. Maar het is de moeite waard om even te installeren.

iPad Guestlist App Checkin App- Best one I've Found

The best guestlist app I found was Check In Easy. So simple and easy to use.. Worked great. Completely eliminated my need for a paper guestlist.

They are based in the USA too.

Guest Manager by Goodnights

A lot of nightclubs on the west coast use a full service tool called Guest Manager, by goodnights. This is their website: http://www.guestmanager.com

You can get a full-access trial of the software for a couple weeks. Their other homepage is http://www.goodnights.me

A lot of clubs like it because you can add guests using SMS from any phone, and it goes right into the list on the iPad.
