As you know the iPhone doesn't run at a full 120hz and can sometimes feel jittery in apps due to it constantly switching refresh rates as you scroll.

Download this app: https://apps.apple.com/gr/app/floating-clock-pro/id1546947240

Run it in picture by picture and move it off to the right.

Your iPhone now runs at a full 120hz and can test it out in apps like Safari, instagram, mail, settings, etc... If your app supports pro motion it will run at a FULL 120hz.

Seriously…. The app isn’t even translated. I’m reporting it to Apple.
And even if legit, why one should do something so wrong like forcing the refresh rate at 120 Hz when not needed ?

I found out about it through a post on reddit and its legit. It has something to do with the picture in picture; not sure how it works or why it works but 120hz does work fully.
