FYI to anyone using or thinking about this case - the screen protector can be easily removed from the frame so that you can use your iPad either with a naked screen or with a traditional screen protector installed on the iPad.

The reason you may want to do this is because the underside (i.e. the side that lays on top of the iPad screen) of the integrated protector has a very faint matte finish that subtly distorts the display in a manner similar to, albeit quite a bit less than, anti-glare screen protectors. Note that despite the matte underside, the integrated protector is not anti-glare because the outside of the protector is glossy and reflective. Why then the matte underside? My guess is that it's what keeps the protector from clinging to the iPad's screen, which is indeed a huge positive as it eliminates any bubbles or trapped dust issues.

The process is simple. First pop out the inner screen protector frame from the outer plastic frame - this should be easy as it's designed to be easily popped out so that it can be replaced. Now take a look at the frame holding the protector and you'll see a roughly quarter inch border of the protector that's glued to the frame (the glue is actually a relatively weak adhesive tape). Now take a hair dryer or heat gun and apply it to any section of the border until the glue softens enough that you can start pulling the protector away from the frame. Once you've got an inch or so of the protector lifting away, you don't need to use the heat gun/hair dryer anymore as you can just carefully pull the protector off the frame from there on out. Once you're done, rub or pull off any remaining glue residue from the frame, reinstall the frame in the outer plastic frame and you're done. You can now either reinstall the case on your naked iPad or put a screen protector of your choice on the iPad and then install the case.

I just did this and now have a Gumdrop Drop Tech case on my iPad 2 with a NuShield DayVue anti-reflective screen protector (not anti-glare - see my review just recently posted), and could not be happier.
