Guys, am I the only one with all the Safari Web Notifications deleted after upgrade?

So, this is what happened.

Yesterday I updated my mac from Mavericks to Yosemite DP3, and while I was using it fine, I discovered that all my web notifications are deleted!

Somehow, CNN even does not work for it and when I try to install a web notification, it fails.


Am I the only one who is experiencing this problem?
