the furthest i have gotten was hours ago, i got to the choose shipping or reserve in store. then after that nothing has worked. Havent' seen anything in my cart yet. Did they show up in your cart before or after this screen?

For now though I've only been able to get to the right after it processes through AT&T, and then you click either continue or choose a differnet phone option, i click on continue, and nothing works.

So many thanks! I think I may have two ordered though, because I got a conformation for an in store pickup, and a delivered one now. Hope one of them gets to me.

FWIW: I had to choose in store pick up, then put in my apple ID, then I hit back and could add to cart. Then it would hang, but I did that three times, and when I checked my cart, I had three phones in there.

wow great information... only thing now is i dont live with the rest of my family members. i am a few states over.. and apple wont ship to me.. only to the ATT billing address.. now what??

I had this problem earlier. I removed the iPhone from my Cart then went to AT&T's website, clicked 'My Profile' and changed the address to where I'm at right now. Waited a bit, went back to Apple and went through all the steps again. My address was changed on there to the new one.

Of course, I'm the only one on my plan so it doesn't affect anyone else, but I suppose after you receive the iPhone you can change the address back.
