Guys i need help with safari

Lately safari has being using more and more processes power , even me just reading my emails sometime safari will be at 100% processes, and i know its not my computer cause its barely to years old and when i try diffrent web brower like firefox and google chrome everything goes back to normal. How could i fix this problem ?
