Just saw that app on cydia, i am interested if this will beabel to make calls over WIFI on my iphone.

I am goign to Thailand in march and i am trying to avoid the internation rates if i can!

I just dont wanna waste the $2 if it wont do what i want
 
GV Mobile + will not make calls over WiFi or 3G. If you have Google Voice and want to do VOIP I would recommend and app called Talkatone, it is free and works good with Google Voice.
