H.264 requirements for streaming on Xbox 360

Hi, I have Connect360 working on a Mac Pro and I'm trying to figure out the optimal settings to stream to an Xbox 360. I converted one file using VisualHub that ended up being a little over 4 GB. It didn't play. I read later that the Xbox 360 wouldn't play H.264 files that were larger than 4 GB.

So what are the requirements to stream? Should I just use the Apple TV preset in VisualHub. I don't know if Apple TV has similar requirements and would translate to the 360.
