H.264 video won't play in Safari

No H.264 video will play in safari on my ipod touch! All I say is a play button with a slash through it (I don't get any pop-up error messages). H.264 videos play fine when I play my movies that are on my touch's hard drive. I have tried restoring all settings, deleting cache, cookies, and history but nothing works! I have a feeling the problem has something to do with my jailbroken 2.0.2 firmware.

If anyone can please help me fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated . Thanks.

Nothing to do with your iPod Touch. That video doesn't play on my (non-jailbroken) iPhone.

Ok that explains that but BBC Iplayer also doesn't work so there defiantly something wrong with my ipod touch
